SALON POLICY
For your appointment:
We recommend that clients arrive approximately 5 minutes before their treatment is due to start in order to maximise their experience in the salon.
Patch Test:
Patch tests are required 24 hours prior to all tinting, waxing, Brow Sculpt, Bespoke brows and LVL treatments.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that appointments will need to be changed, rescheduled or cancelled from time to time.
We kindly ask for 24-hours notice in these instances, to help us give all our customers the very best in client care, and ensure our therapists can provide the full treatment for you on the day.
If an appointment is not cancelled within a 24 hour period or you do not show up for your appointment, a cancelation charge will apply. This cancellation charge can be from 50% to 100% of the service that has been booked.
Mobile Devices:
To ensure the comfort of all of our clients we respectfully request that all mobile devices are switched off or put on silent while in the salon.
No Child Policy:
To ensure that all of our clients can switch off and relax while they are in the salon we respectfully request that our clients do not bring babies or young children into the salon when they are having a treatment(s). A beauty salon is not a suitable environment for babies or young children for Health and Safety reasons. Peach is a small salon and we are unable to accommodate prams or buggies.
Payment:
We accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cheques.
Changes To Website/Brochure:
Prices, treatments and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Consultation Forms:
We require all clients to fill in consultation forms and / or disclaimers using our Paper consultations, before having a treatment with us in the salon. This is to make sure we can give the best treatment and for insurance purposes. There are contraindications to some treatments, and if you are contraindicated, unfortunately we will not be able to perform a treatment for you, either at all or without a doctor’s consent. This is for your own safety. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope you have read our policies on our website or asked on the phone before attending, as we do not wish for anyone to be disappointed.
